    After receiving the wrong variant of the item, they told me to return it and they would send me back the right item. They did just that and then some, even paying out of their own pocket for 2-day shipping! Packaging was great and it was just as described! Plus a very good price for this item! Overall very pleased with the transaction and will shop with them again!

    Shipping was fumbled by the USPS-- an extra 5 days in limbo, at a postal facility 50 miles from my town. Packaging was great, except for the styrofoam peanuts (I can't believe people are still using those). Item was/is exactly as described by the seller, and the Duet 5 is a great value.

    Item arrived quickly and was packed wonderfully! It was listed as used but I can't find a scratch on it. I contacted the manufacturer and was pleased to know it had over 2 years warranty left. Very happy with this seller!

    Great service and phenomenal shipping time. the packaging was great, the laptop was wrapped carefully in bubble wrap and filled with peanuts. The laptop is as described and runs perfectly. the price was definitely worth it.
