  Leaving positive feedback because the item works and it was well packaged with fast shipping. Original listing said nothing at all about the unit other than it was a pull. I realize this item isn't in TERs normal range of products but they could have done a better job describing this. Emails to the seller went unanswered. I took a chance and it paid off so I'm happy... but in the future maybe TER could put a little more effort into describing the item. Or at least answer emails.

  seller shipped the item as described, I didn't realize how bad dell's driver lockdowns are on these, my fault I can't get it working right. But seller shipped fast and packaged the item well.
