  This was the item pictured. looks to be a factory second. Slight casting flaw? but still seemed to be straight and true. I do not think it has ever been mounted. Had some strange markings in the inside that weren't pictured or explained. Overall I am VERY PLEASED with this wheel. Price was great, but shipping was almost the item cost!!! FED EX DROPPED THE ITEM IN A PUDDLE AND IT SOAKED THE BOX. Luckily the wheel was Very well packaged! HOPE YOU DON'T USE FED EX AGAIN! Great seller!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  I received exactly what I ordered, but most importantly packed to survive the rigors of traveling with UPS, USPS, or anyone else. Packed like it was theirs. So often stuff gets trashed in transit, but not this. Thank you.
