  I received the item as described in the listing, packaged well, & had return shipping included to send back the old cluster to get the core charge back. Seller has decent communication, however this is were the good ends. The first cluster I received the RPM gauge was non-functional, along with other gauges either reading incorrectly or twitching. Sent it back, with a list of problems & asked for a black background instead of the white, when I received the replacement, gauges still not working

  the reman instrument cluster's appearance, quality & condition could easily pass for brand new. vendor did excellent job of remanufacturing. it was carefully packaged in a sturdy box with packing kernels & bubble wrap. i received it a couple days earlier than the projected arrival date. before purchasing i communicated a couple concerns to the seller & he promptly addressed my questions

  Excellent seller, great communication and item as described. Slow shipping was not fault of seller. USPS shipped to Atlanta during Hurricane Helene, container was stuck there for several days. Will definitely recommend seller to friends.

  The cluster gauge works perfectly! The double layer packaging protected the new system completely. The package arrived very fast, perfectly setup and absolutely safe. The packaging was so good, I am using it to send the core back with the already attached return label. I Highly recommend this seller to anyone else that is having issues with there gauges!!!!

  This cluster board was just what i needed for my truck. It fixed my problem to my satisfaction. The item was received in excellent condition and well packaged. I waited a few days to see if it would continue to work as advertised and it did. I even decided to ship back the core so other people can use it when repaired.
