    Received phone well packed and quickly. Unfortunately, the phone suffered from severe battery drain and very poor reception strength (-113 dBm or worse). Tried two known working SIM cards and an ESIM with no success. Researching the issue, this is a common antenna problem with s22 ultras. Seller was wonderful with their assistance, and gave a full refund promptly. Great seller! Thank you!

    The first phone I received turned out not to be unlocked, but the seller responded quickly and professionally. I returned it, and they immediately sent out a replacement that was unlocked and exactly as described—plus it came with a tempered glass screen protector already installed. Looks great, works perfectly. Really appreciated how fast and smoothly everything was handled!
