USPS told me must not of been packaged properly, and that why the envelope ripped. I've had similar issues with USPS this past year, this being the second damaged envelope, but instead of the card being bent badly the cards were lost from the envelope.. USPS doesnt want to take any responsibility, which is real frustrating for me and the seller. The seller refunded me, and was very apologetic. I will buy from them again!!!

I'm happy the Seller was both Respectful and Professional, about the whole incident. Sad that I couldn't get the 3rd Card I needed to finish my Harpie Collection, but that's life. I'll just wait for another chance, another day. Even though I ended up not buying anything, I would still recommend this Seller, simply for the fact he is a good person to have immediately corrected his mistake, and apologising about it.
