    Received Printer Feeder Tray in good order as described. Item was professionally packed by someone who is well acquainted with today's shipping hazards. Hats off the the packaging of the used [but in great shape] printer feeder - basically in near perfect condition. Well done!

    First of all, the packaging was beyond expectations! Delivery was expedient, good communication and tracking. I was worried about FedEx but they were spot on! It arrived in 2 deliveries which confused me, but no surprise there! With the holidays I haven't set it up yet, but will update with photos when I do!

    Beyond impressed with the printer! We've used it extensively over the past four months during tax season and are so grateful to have found such a reliable refurbisher. I can't give this purchase enough stars!
