It was exactly as pictured had one stone missing but replacement stones came with it. Could have been packed better to keep it secured and protected in the box. My item got stuck god knows where for over 2 weeks. USPS in Dallas Texas was another headache. It took my item about a month to arrive. Seller said he would refund me my money. To the day I'm still waiting. And thanks for the heads up where it says seller will step away until April 27th. Seller communication is horrible as well.

Two weeks from the day I paid, which may not seem like a long time, but in this day and age, I get most packages from eBay within 3 or 4 days.

Ebay can see the amount I have spent and I have never complained about a vendor before. I was simply letting them know about the extremely poor quality of their product. You should ship a good product initially and not play games with customers.
