  The quality was amazing, I strongly recommend this seller, they kept in contact during the entire process and made sure everything with the laptop was okay before sending it. They ordered and replaced a bad battery free of charge before shipping it and gave me a free laptop sleeve as an apology, laptop came in 10/10 just as advertised, 10/10 customer service and communication I strongly recommend this seller, 100% will come again for a new laptop when I need one

We received the item as described except for the charging adapter, but the seller had already notified us they were out of stock and already ordered one for us before we could even mention it. Very professional and proactive about handling things the right way! Thank you so much. The laptop powered on straight away and quickly. All specs without issues.

  The item came fast and was shipped quickly. The packaging was great and very well protected. The package came as described in the listing and all items were packaged correctly.
