  Unfortunately, the package was delivered ripped open, and the purchased product (torque wrench Maury) was no longer present. After contacting the seller, they issued me a refund. It's a shame because the contents are unique and currently unavailable elsewhere. Despite this shipping issue, this seller is trustworthy; I recommend him.

  Video deck arrived and is as described and is running perfectly. Shipping was amazing! Paid on a Friday, shipped on Monday, and arrived Wednesday....and that was internationally. Packaging I give them a 12 out of 10! Pricing - Great value.

  I don't have time to leave too many feedback reviews, but this seller definitely deserves a great review. Not only did they offer me a great price, but they are very quick to ship and oh man, they pack VERY, VERY, VERY well. The 4 drives I bought this time were packed so well that the box could have been dropped from a plane with no worry. The drives received are in excellent condition with 100% health. Wonderful seller!

  Unfortunately, I had a problem with this drive shortly after I received it, however, the seller quickly resolved the issue and I can’t commend them enough for how well they handled the whole process. Communication was great though the whole transaction and it was clear that the seller cared about the problem I was having and wanted to rectify it. I would gladly buy from this seller again.

  Everyone should know how dedicated this seller is to providing excellent support and resolving any issues. They have been excellent to work with. I would buy from them again. I am revising my review because I didn t give the seller a chance to resolve the issue before I posted the review. I was rushed trying to solve a problem for a client and could not wait to contact the seller and have another item shipped. I managed to make the original adapter work with some modification.

  This is the second broadcast deck I have bought from this vendor. I cannot say enough positive comments on the experience. How much can one say about someone selling and shipping you something except that it was seamless. This unit (like the last one) was packaged so very professionally, shipped promptly, and arrived in working condition as expected.
