  Great value for money, top quality, fitment was bang-on. Unfortunately the package left by Royal Mail was damaged and missing 2 studs, but after messaging the seller and explaining the situation, they very quickly dispatched some replacements. Top notch customer service all round, highly recommended. Thanks again!

  Received item yesterday. Wheel nuts were delivered in a bag all loose, look like the jiffy bag the seller put them in was tampered with so was put into another bag by Royal Mail. Contacted the seller to make him aware of this could off been better put into box to be transported. Seller Contacted me back to apologise. Great bloke

  Whilst initially having problems with the bolt lengths, I was very impressed by the team s response at Tech World Direct who called me to apologise that this was an exceptional event due to the special type of wheels I have fitted and immediately offered me a replacement set of correct length bolts. Unfortunately I had already had these cut down to get fitted and without prompting, they immediately offered a full refund and that was received within a few days. I will certainly be revisiting them
