    How a seller reacts when things are not perfect is important. I contacted the seller twice, once after the item arrived. Each time the seller responded within MINUTES, was able to answer my questions and make sure I was happy with the transaction. Anyone can put something in a box and ship it. Customer service, like the service this seller gives, is a huge bonus. I would highly recommend this seller on customer service alone. That said, the item is as described! I'd definitely use him again!

    The package was exactly as described and arrived in good condition, plus the value was right for the product sold. I liked that the seller kept in communication with me and let me know when the package shipped out. I wish more ebay sellers were like this one. But yeah, overall great experience with this seller, would buy from them again.

    This item was as described. There was an issue with the computer. The seller was very helpful in trying to troubleshoot in the in I sent it back and received a full refund . He was very responsive I would recommend this seller 100%

    PC arrived in pristine shape, just as described. Everything works great. Looks good. It was a good deal for the money. Some RAM was missing initially but seller quickly rectified that.

    Absolutely satisfied with purchase. Came very well packaged, which helped a lot seeing as package handlers don’t care how bad they treat a package now days. Five stars for this seller and would definitely buy from again!
