  After getting ebay involved, seller finally did communicate and the shipping issue was resolved with a full refund. Not sure exactly what the shipping issue was, however it appeared to be an issue with the address and it going through customs as this was an International Shipment.

  product arrived faster than expedited and when i tried to put it in my computer, it would't work at first, but after several tries, it finally worked. i emailed the seller and they were cooperated with me and gave the opporitunity to return, but thank goodness, it finally worked.
