Thank you for considering Techspecialist! We are a small company based out of Orlando, Florida that sells used electronics. Our main goal is to recycle used equipment so it stays out of a landfill. We obtain an assortment of items from local schools and small businesses in the central Florida region that want their electronics, and other equipment to be reused by people who have a need for them.     The laptop was very safely packaged and arrived very quickly. Upon arrival I encountered a few minor issues with the product not performing as described which was understandable as it was refurbished.     Perfectly wrapped in a blanket of bubble wrap and a sea of packing peanuts. The laptop worked right out of the box which was great and it was just as described even better than I imagined. Overall great experience and I would definitely buy from this seller again. Shipping was also very fast and arrived sooner than expected. A+++

    I wish every seller was as great as this seller. Shipping was fast and they stand behind their product. The item arrived in bubble wrap and foam peanuts. I ordered a microscope and I received a beautiful item. The item was just like described and in full functioning order. I am beyond satisfied with my purchase. Do not worry about any issues.
