    The Story of TechPros
    Our story began in 2013 when we opened our first store in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, under the name Fone & Pc Fix Stevenage. With over 20 years of experience in the tech industry, our aim was to provide the best tech services to the end user. Initially, we focused on providing repairs to our customers. It wasn't long before we noticed a significant demand for refurbished tech in the market, particularly with the growing popularity of mobile phones, followed closely by MacBooks and PCs.

    Recognizing the Demand and Embracing Sustainability
    As we observed that the average person upgrades their phone every two years, we realized that many old phones were being discarded, contributing to environmental waste. To combat this issue, we started recycling electronics. This initiative allowed us to build strong partnerships with various organizations to recycle mobile phones, iPads, tablets, MacBooks, and PCs.

    Brilliant laptop that arrived so quickly. I had a minor issue with the battery and TechPros were very responsive, resolving the issue in less than a week - super impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. Laptop is as described, great value.

    Despatched promptly, arriving next day. As soon as I connected it up and powered on got a warning about CPU fan error. Communicated detailed BIOS diagnostics and they agreed to send a replacement. Unfortunately, they were going on holiday and wouldn't be able to send for 5 days. Replacement in very good condition and working properly. Shame about the faulty one; should have been tested before shipment? But maybe damaged in transit? Great communication and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

    item arrived very quickly, via Royal Mail, but with damage to the outer packaging, in spite of clear marking that it was fragile. on opening, the DVD slide was open, and would not latch. messaged the seller, very quick reply, and offered a replacement DVD if I was willing to fit, which I replied I was. replacement arrived today, and i CANNOT RECOMMEND this seller highly enough for their service and support. will fit replacement DVD this weekend, and am sure this will solve the problem. 5* servi
