    BUYER BEWARE!!!! Ordered a N140HCG-GQ2 display for a project. Received a display with the model number B140HAN04.0, not what I had ordered. Contacted seller who stated product is sold based on "Market availability", not what is actually posted. Display I received is okay, yet still technically worse than the one I needed. Despite this shipping was prompt, packaging was nice, and tools were included that some may find helpful. However, I HIGHLY Do not recommend since I was bait-and-switched.

    Great customer service; they were able to answer my questions promptly and efficiently when I mistakenly ordered the wrong number pinned screen - the screen was packaged well protected and delivered quickly. The item was refunded quickly when they received the screen.

    The replacement Lenovo FRU 5D11C74688 40 Pins Touch Screen LCD I ordered arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The packaging and screen were solid and secure. What really impressed me was the installation kit. Instead of cheap or flimsy extras, the seller included a genuinely good set of tools that actually worked well for the job.
