    Overall quality of delivery/shipping and packaging was good. No exactly as described, could have been more fair in describing the product's condition. Value is still there somewhat since it was a little cheaper but of course now I get it because of the condition which was told otherwise. Appearance is good over call with a few scratches on body again, which was not told.

    on the 7th of july i received an email saying failed delivery. i was at home all day and no one came. i then emailed back giving my mobile number so the courier could call me, but did not get a reply. again i emailed and again i got no reply.and i still have not received my order. so NO i am not happy.
