  Item was received in new condition as stated. Communication was excellent. Item A25 did not work correctly with my carrier (Tracfone). Spoke to the seller about the issue and they were happy to help me. They promptly issued me a return label for the first phone I purchased. At that time I bought a different phone from them and received it very fast. After i sent the original purchase phone back they were very fast to refund my money. A plus Seller Would buy from again and again!!!!! Thank you!

  Brooklyn in customer service is the best. Item arrived just as promised. USPS tracking stunk, but seller and product are excellent. First purchased using wrong payment method and they immediately refunded. Next they relisted at $20 higher so bought a different color, but then was able to exchange for color I wanted at original price! Thanks for all your help!
