  Received item in an undamaged box, BUT....printer jammed paper with each attempt to print. Contacted seller (rrrefurbisherwho offered one suggestion to fix it, BUT that didn't work. Never heard back from seller (rrefurbisher 883*) I am STILL left with a non-working purchase !! GRRRR !!

  Love the machine, its in fair condition (some slight issues but nothing functionally bad) HOWEVER I was NOT informed that it would come without a charging cord and I would NOT have paid the price I paid for it if I knew that it would not come with a charger.
