Arrived in retaped box with a broken remote control that was duct taped. They offered $10 refund I asked for $20 to cover cost of a new remote. They just replied with a long return process 3 times after I clearly stated I didnt want to return. Then they just stopped replying .Deliberatly falsified description, and horrible customer service!!!
