  Will not buy from again. Item listed as new in box. Arrived in retaped box with a broken remote control that was duct taped. They offered $10 refund I asked for $20 to cover cost of a new remote. They just replied with a long return process 3 times after I clearly stated I didnt want to return. Then they just stopped replying .Deliberatly falsified description, and horrible customer service!!!

  Item was perfectly as described. Shipped in original packaging with almost all genuine Samsung replacement parts or at the very least an equatable quality. THE SHIPPING THOUGH... Immaculate. Ive lost two monitors to the postal service now and this puppy came wrapped up like fort Knox. 110% will be purchasing from my new favorite refurbisher soon. Also you can NOT beat these prices at this quality.

  Expecting to receive an “open-box-item” as the listing stated, I was delighted instead to receive a brand-new keyboard, still in its sealed factory box. The price was great and it arrived exactly on time. This is a great seller.
