They created the shipping label but never dispatched the product. They replied to my messages a week later, claiming they would send a replacement item, but they never did. Finally, after two and a half weeks of waiting, I received a product that did not match the listing and was also defective. I do not recommend this seller and will definitely not buy from them again.
