I love the looks and the quality of this bracelet. BUT, it’s supposed to be adjustable and it’s not. I can’t get it over my hand to slip it on either. I’ve even tried to untie the knot to see if I can adjust it and I’m unable to do that. I’m really bummed. I hope this seller will get back to me so we can get this resolved.

When I received this item , I didn’t think it was the same as the one I bought at the San Juan airport . I gave it as a gift to someone and wished I had kept it . I felt the one at the airport was thicker and a little bigger , was really nice . Over all I’m ok with it and would recommend anyone to buy it . It’s nice
