    Wrong item sent first time. Vendor corrected immediately. We both tried communicating exclusively through EBAY but DID NOT receive messages from each other. Ended up communicating directly and the issue was resolved. Hopefully EBAY looks at this and takes action to correct the communication issue

    Arrived quickly from a state away, however, was disappointed it was not the same one as pictured that I BELIEVED i was purchasing. The one in pic had stripes of black, and said SOUTH CAROLINA---arrived as CAROLINA, and was just the same as ones on the University Fan site, so I am sending to my granddaughter, but not ordering from this site again. Don't show one way, and send another product.
