  The first ones to arrive (actually two of them ganged together as pictured) both had broken slots where the secondary contact "piggyback" assembly would go. I contacted the seller, attaching picture to show what was wrong. The seller sent pictures of replacements the next business day to make sure they looked OK before shipping, sent them promptly, and when they arrived, they worked fine. Note: Had I not needed the piggyback contact assembly the first ones to arrive would have been fine.

  The logic modules were professionally packaged in anti-static bags and bubble-wraps to prevent ESD and shipping damage. When received all the components are exactly as described and in great condition - cables, flex-interconnects, modules. The modules and cable sets are used, but are fully functional and passed internal self-tests in the logic analyzer, which is quite rare nowadays. This definitely seems like an experienced and reliable seller! I would love to buy again here!

  Seller gave me a great deal on a power supply - unfortunately for both of us the shipping service somehow broke the item in transit and it was packed more than adequately buy the seller, it is almost like they shipping service went out of their way to break the item. The seller refunded without me requesting it. Top tier customer service - honest seller. Will do business with again as soon as I can.
