    Very good communications. Unfortunately this item did not make it to my house. Somewhere along the way USPS dropped the box and the item broke out of the box. I did get the box and saw where it was taped back together. I took photos and contacted the seller, he immediately generated a refund for the total amount plus shipping. Stand up seller, thank you!

    I received this item - Optimax compressors cannot be bench tested and it didn't work thru no fault of the seller. I wrote to inform them , not actually expecting my money back as returning it from Canada is not really worth my while. The seller returned my money immediately. I'm very impressed. Honesty is pretty rare these days , even on ebay.
