    The item arrived exactly as described and packaged very securely as well! Unfortunately shortly after taking ownership of the dvd player, it began to not work as originally intended. I notified the seller and they were super quick about providing me a solution! I am very grateful for the seller being reasonable, and I would definitely recommend doing business with them!
