  One of my very best eBay experiences! Antique biwa in beautiful functional and cosmetic condition. Seller was clear in what they knew and didn't know about the instrument. Provided many useful photographs so that I could determine condition. There was fantastic communication throughout and the seller problem solved a shipping issue like a pro.   Great seller to deal with, item came inside a strong cardboard box packed in bubble wrap to protect it during postage. The John Lennon Cd's are still wrapped in their clear plastic wrappers and are as described by the seller, good value for the dollars l paid. The seller has a lot of interesting music for sale well worth looking at his listings. I will certainly buy again should l find more items l require. Big thank you for the time you took to pack the CD's they arrived safely, no damage.

  This was probably the best experience I've had with a seller on eBay. The fastest international shipping I've ever seen, and the item was packed exceptionally well for overseas travel. The seller was so friendly and great to communicate with. They made it a point to get this sent out to me quickly since I needed it for a very special gift. It's just as described in the listing and so beautiful in person. Absolutely worth the cost of shipping and came a week early! I would highly recommend!

  Arguably the best seller on Ebay! Their customer service skills are remarkable. It should be noted there was an unforeseen issue with the product and they went above and beyond to not only make it right but made sure that I was left feeling like a valued customer from first communication, to excellent product packaging with care, to shipping faster from Japan than I can ship within my own state. Product appearance was shipped even better than described and shown in pictures. A++++
