    Item was securely packaged, as described, a great deal, and the item was shipped out with tracking within the day of purchase! The actual shipping was an absolute mess at NO FAULT of the seller, but that can be expected this time of year with USPS. When I noticed something was off with the shipping the seller was so awesome! They communicated promptly and went above and beyond to figure out what was going on! I really appreciated that! I would absolutely buy from this seller again!

    I wish I had received the item I ordered but there was a mistake during shipping. The seller was very good and answered my messages immediately. They offered me a full refund for the mistake and that earned them a positive review! Anyone can make a mistake and their willingness to correct the issue was awesome.
