I was notified this item was damaged in shipping and returned to the seller. The seller notified me they were currently out of stock and had me cancel the order so they could refund my $, which they are doing. Unfortunate that this happened but things do happen. I can't speak to the quality of the item, but, I can speak about the communication from the seller. They were quick to notify me of the problem, offered a solution and were quick to start the refund process. I thank them greatly.

the delivery time changed after I purchased the item. I needed it asap as husband had surgery. the seller was great to work with and let me cancel and refunded my money quickly. I would work with them again.

The tool box showed up 1 couple of days earlier than expected. Condition of toolbox was as expected, new with minimum shipping damage, (small crease where shipping straps came across). Color was gray like was shown in the photo. Somewhat heavier made than I was expected (was a pleasant surprise)

The merchandise was shipped all the way from California by UPS. I just examined the unit and it appears fine. Everything arrived safe & sound. UPS sent shipping status emails so that I knew what the latest & greatest was. I thought this was a great shopping experience in part by the great price, and the seller's choice to ship the merchandise with UPS. Taro_9679 is highly recommended. If I needed another MH-8R tomorrow for example, I would shop once again with Taro_9679!
