  This seller listed my steelbook collectable under false information. They said it was "NEW FULLY SEALED" and when I received it had a tear in the plastic. They said that "anyplace you buy collectable movies that they have tears in them". I purchased this for a collectable item. They did not disclose that it had a tear in the plastic anyplace in the listing. The seller said it was listed at a good price and does not have to list that it has a tear on it...This seller is not to be trusted.

  You have access to something called the ebay messaging system and i know you know how to use it. If you where going to purchase this as a collectable item and wanted the item in off the factory off the line condition you could had messaged me before hand and asked if there was any imperfections in the plastic and i would had told you the honest answer. you are the only one to blame for this as you wanted perfection and that's above and beyond new sealed condition.

  This item was listed as new, and unopened. It arrived with the outside plastic wrap ripped, and 2 cuts in the outer box that extended to the inside packaging. When I contacted the seller to ask why it was listed as “new, unopened as it would be in a retail store” I also sent pictures. They denied that the description of the item was misleading and quit responding. I thought I was buying a completely sealed item. I’m not sure yet if the watch is damaged, as it’s a gift.

  Received as described. The shipment is made through the service USPS Ground Advantage and not Priority Mail which makes the package arrive very late.

  My purchase was shipped the same day my order was placed and arrived to me very quickly! It was as described in open box condition, but the phone itself might as well have been new by how it looked. I am very happy with my purchase and would absolutely shop from this seller again in the future!
