  The sellers listings and pictures on eBay enabled me to quickly identify the part I needed for a 20 year old toilet cistern, and the price was very reasonable indeed. I had no hesitation in placing an order, and the part arrived within 2 days, very well packaged and protected, and the item was perfect. I was able to fit it in under 5 minutes.
