  They sent us a completely different item without informing me, asked me to keep it at 50% off bc the one I ordered was out of stock but made it right by refunding me and letting me keep the kite, still disappointing that we didn’t get what we ordered and waited so long to find that out :-(

  Items showed up exactly as described and expected. The only caveat would be that being that it shipped from Brooklyn county to Nassau county in NY, it would have been even better to have a local pickup option. Would definitely begin purchasing more items if that was available.
