  Item came in a sealed bag and they made sure that everything was triple sealed, which is awesome. The seller is very communicative and if there’s an issue, they definitely will help out because I had one at the beginning when I ordered something by mistake. I will definitely buy from this person again. It is very easy to talk to them and they do care about their customer. A+ all the way.

  The box came securely taped and was not banged up by delivery. Contained 50 to a hundred numbered bags and a paper manual with very detailed instuction. No bags seamed ro be ripped or opened and no loose pieces in the box. Will update if anything major is missing but this seller did such a good job with communication im not worried about it. Answered all my question s and was very prompt with responding and informative. Ebay not letting me add photos but bricks and bags in good condition.

  Seller is very responsive. I was not happy with the product I received because it was not Lego brand I communicated with the seller. Seller did make things as right as he could without receiving the product back. In the future, I will do better about reading descriptions before getting excited and purchasing things.

  I can't wait to finish building this. Pieces all seem to be here and the delivery was quick. Great value for such a large build and it looks amazing in the pictures. I am so pleased with response from seller on providing the guide to build this.

  Great set! Took a bit to get FedEx to update their shipping - but really quick transit once it was en route! I really appreciate the seller and their diligent communication.
