  This item arrived on time as scheduled; it was identical to the photos, measurements, and description; it was packed with obvious care including a cushioned envelope, cardboard reinforcement, and lots of tape; the price seemed appropriate; and it was was in very good undamaged condition.

  Dollhouse double window arrived with crack in acrylic window pane insert. Buyer said it did not have insert and I provided pictures showing it did and picture showing it was cracked. USPS shipping box showed no damage so crack probably from China shipment to him. Expected he would offer to refund $1 or $2 for value of the pane but he just said sorry when we communicated. Very disappointed in this seller.
