The item that was listed did not have all the materials with it, but they reached out to me instantly and let me know that part of the materials was missing. They offered me a partial refund to compensate and were extremely pleasant to chat with. The package arrived safely and was well-wrapped to ensure no damage to the textbook. Overall, I am very happy with this seller and will use them again.
