Package went back, I was promised it will be shipped again Monday, February 7th. Today is February 14th, it has not been shipped. Communication, service, logistics is beneath any criticism. He sent the item by UPS ground, but used a UPS Express box and used a UPS Express padded envelope as packing material (two thefts). Plus he wrapped the entire package in such a way that it was extremely difficult to open and was impossible to open without completely destroying the entire parcel. Also, the item is not clean.
