Both HG Gundam Aerial and HG Demi-Trainer (Yoasobi Collab) came in perfectly safe and packaged nicely. The product was packed and sealed, so it WAS new before shipping. So... it was as described when purchased. But now I have a smashed box. Oh well... thankfully the model itself inside the SMASHED BOX was not damaged. Thus... the neutral feedback. Please package better than this. Even if I didn't care about the box, the box itself is thin cardboard that is not suitable for shipping on it's own.
