Dhl damaged exterior box a little bit, but thanks to Seller's extra care in packaging, inner packaging and contents arrived in perfect condition. Seller even wrote a cute handwritten surprise note.     The seller made an error in the listing and realized they didn’t have the full set and they offered multiple options to make things right which I genuinely appreciated as well as giving me the option to cancel for a full refund. Ultimately, I opted for the refund, but I was very impressed with the sellers communication, promptness, and offers to make things right. Despite the error, I would absolutely try to buy from the seller again.

    I am very pleased that the item arrived in great condition. There is a minor, easily overlooked stain on the golden part of the ring, fortunately on the palm side. The international shipping took some time, but entirly reasonable and expected. The item was exceptionally well-packaged with multiple layers of bubble wrap. And unexpected traditional Japanese gift was delightful surprise! I highly and strongly recommend and completely trust this seller.
