    I've purchased from Taisho many times, over a period of years. Sure, Taisho has things that you just can't get anywhere else, but it's the service that makes it such a pleasure to do business. Communication has always been prompt, courteous, and professional. Shipping is lightning-fast, and packaging has always been thoughtful and careful. That item that Taisho listed that you're thinking about buying - you should just buy that. I'm watching that item, too. ;)

    It arrived intact safely, within the expected arrival time, with both Styrofoam peanuts and bubble wrap to protect it. Helpfully it had a guide to explain how the stand is meant to be setup, which especially for the more fiddly ship designs is much appreciated. I was initially surprised by the size, but given it's meant for a wargame, it does make sense and it still features details such as the ship's registry code. The seller was responsive to queries as well.
