Though for 200+ dollars, the item could have been packaged better. The box arrived crushed and the card was damaged. Figure was still intact but there was no protection to the card at all. As a collector who paid high price, I was assuming the card would come in mint condition like in the picture as described and shown before it was packed and shipped out. .

Despite seller's description, I received this figure in bubble wrap without box or card, with incorrect head attached, and head & legs were glued in place. Seller suspected issue was due to their "child's mischief" and offered me <1% of what I paid as refund, asking whether or not that was acceptable. With some uncomfortable back and forth over several days, we eventually came to a solution to refund selling price + tax + shipping in full.
