  The swan ornament is beautiful! It is just as described and arrived quickly. The seller took extra care in packing it. There was a slight issue with pricing after my purchase was made, but the seller was very prompt to respond to me. She made sure the issue was fixed very quickly. I am very happy with my buying experience and would highly recommend this seller.

  Looks exactly as pictured. Great shape, looks more new than used. Arrived fast and was in a plastic envelope wrapped with multiple layers of packing paper and in between two pieces of cardboard!

  Item was very carefully packed. Postage was handled and tracked very well until it reached Australia when all tracking, especially delivery alert, was non existent. Item was as described and pristine condition. Very satisfied with the seller and would recommend to others. Thank you🌻

  Fast shipping and the glasses were packed very well. The seller noticed a small defect on one of the glasses. They informed me and offered to cancel the order if I didn’t want them. I appreciate the gesture. But I tell wanted the. Great seller.
