I will not be spoken to like this: Have you shipped the skein I actually ordered?? I actually do not want the Vuarnet you sent. I will not pay return shipping for your mistake. Email a return shipping label. To be clear: You sent me the wrong skein. Your mistake. Send me a prepaid label.
