    The yarn is beautiful, and will be added to a sweater I'm working on. There was a communication breakdown in my first attempt to order this, and the order was canceled due to my lack of response to the seller's emails confirming that I understood exactly what I was ordering, and whether I still wanted it (I did, but missed the emails), so I had to start all over again, but it was worth it, and I understand that the seller probably had good reasons for what they did. Overall, I'm very happy :)

    A full refund was sent the same day the returned item arrived, concluding our business. I sent six messages over 2 days apologizing for my mistake and walking you through the return process. I will not be spoken to like this: Have you shipped the skein I actually ordered?? I actually do not want the Vuarnet you sent. I will not pay return shipping for your mistake. Email a return shipping label. To be clear: You sent me the wrong skein. Your mistake. Send me a prepaid label.
