  Item arrived quickly and exactly as described—brand new and in perfect condition. This model doesn’t come with a battery, which I knew ahead of time, so no surprises. Seller packed it well and had great communication throughout. Would definitely buy from them again! Excellent deal as it was much much more expensive in the big box stores.

  This is the 3rd Dewalt product I have purchased from Smyers Tools over the years and they never let me down. My Dewalt Cordless Ratchet was packaged securely and arrived within a matter of days. Product was exactly as described and I consider it a great value. This 3/8 drive Dewalt ratchet is a lifesaver working on automobiles especially in tight spaces.   Great product. Brand new as described. Works great. Will definitely be buying from seller again. I actually forgot to pay and seller still shipped as soon as payment went through. Also it was packaged very well. Actually over packaged. But seller understands how things get treated when in transit. So I thought that extra step was pretty cool. I definitely recommend this seller. I’ve told friends who are also into buying Milwaukee tools and accessories about the seller. Currently shopping now. 👍
