    Excellent personal service from Jordan. I ordered a specialized size and shape, and Jordan saw to it that the process, from manufacture to shipping, was handled smoothly and with a deft personal touch. The plate was very well wrapped and packaged for shipping, making sure that there'd be no damage. But I couldn't help but think that the packaging showed pride in the product, too. Good work, Jordan. This was a very satisfactory process.

    FANTASTIC PRODUCT - FANTASTIC TRANSACTION!!! Custom ordered 1/8" brass plate, machined to print!! Price for the plate stock was perfect, and Jordan offered a great price for precision water cutting, with shipping. Finished product was in the mail less than 12 hours after order was placed, was wrapped and packaged impeccably, and was completed exactly to spec!!
