  Both items were shipping quickly. Packaging was very good to prevent damage from shipping. One of the thermostats had a couple of broken clips that hold it to the ring. Seller was very responsive and shipped out a replacement the same day I emailed them about it. Replacement thermostat was also packaged well and appeared to be in good condition. Very good value for money. Both thermostats worked well. Trust this seller, they stand by their products.

  The laptop has scratches but that was stated in the description so I was expecting that. Communication with the seller was great. Package arrived in just 2 days as well. Great value considering the laptop usually goes for $300-$400. RAM upgrade was thrown in as well!

  Item received in its original box and without damage. All accessories and documents were also present in the box. Product appeared like new as described and is working fine. Price was very good comparatively. Only issue in this transaction was that FedEx ground took eight days for delivery and missed the first delivery date and provided no tracking updates on progress using the tracking number. Seller was confident that item would be delivered and it was.
