    The guitar arrived in perfect condition and it was packed excellent. I bought it for my granddaughter but on the day I gave it to her, she asked if she could play an electric guitar instead. This company didn't give me an issue about returning it. They were so kind and asked no questions. The refund went without a problem at all! My money was refunded quite quickly. My experience with them was 2 thumbs up. I'd buy from them again.

    Exactly as described...brand new, in the original box and had never been opened. This was the best price ANYWHERE on this item in this condition, and even better that some used ones as well. BUT..the thing is..the shipping ! Fastest I have ever had, and it has happened over and over with these folks. Absolutely superb, and I sincerely mean that. I will never hesitate to buy from them. I am 79, and have been playing since I was 14, and Sweetwater is GREAT !! To have this kind of service...WOW
