  This item is beautiful. An exquisite piece of art. Unfortunately the shipping company damaged the item. It was extensively packed with protection and labeled well, with several “ fragile” stickers . The shipping company did not pay attention. It an obvious shipping company negligence. The seller worked with me so that I was able to avoid the difficulties with return. Truly kind and gracious. Came to a great compromise that worked great. She spent a lot of time and effort.   Item came well packaged, and on time. The item was in need of tarnish removal. About 90 % covered with no pit marks. The picture item looked highly polished, I think the description should have indicated that.
