  Item arrived quickly and was well-packaged. It worked fine but then had a fan issue. This was resolved fairly quickly with advice and cooperation from the seller, who was VERY responsive to my situation. Overall, I'm quite happy with this transaction and recommend this seller to anyone looking for good quality computer parts.

  My experience with this seller is by far the best I have ever had with anyone on ebay or any other on-line seller for that matter! His response to everything I sent was immediate, even after hours. There was a problem with the product due to something beyond his awareness or control, but he took immediate responsibility and went beyond fairness in resolving the problem. I appreciate the way he conducts his business and would recommend him without reservation for whatever transaction you have.
